We understand that life happens and unexpected changes can occur. You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations can be made by calling our customer service or by leaving a contact request.

You can delight your loved one by ordering a free introductory visit through our customer service. If you wish, you can also accompany them during the visit. For the relatives of seniors, we always provide a follow-up on the visit afterwards.

The household deduction can also be applied to VAT-exempt services.

Services can be ordered VAT-exempt when a person’s functional capacity has permanently or temporarily declined due to aging, illness, or injury. We will assess the situation together with you. The most important factor in the assessment is that the customer does not feel they can manage without assistance. VAT-exempt services include: cleaning services, window washing, assistance with errands, and help with outdoor activities and recreation.

When placing your order, please explain how your functional capacity has declined and why you are unable to perform the tasks independently. A medical certificate is not required. During your first visit, we will create a service plan according to your needs, sign the form together, and thereafter we will invoice you for the VAT-exempt price.
